The Roots

The Roots é uma biblioteca educacional voltada a todos que queiram se aventurar no universo dos instrumentos do norte do país. Por meio da interatividade, o usuário poderá combinar os sons dos instrumentos pré-carregados. Tudo isso não seria possível sem uma força tarefa e pesquisa sobre os instrumentos amazônicos, muitos deles ainda desconhecidos do meio urbano. Por este motivo, decidimos trazer alguns desses para o projeto. Inicialmente, estamos disponibilizando apenas oito instrumentos divididos em dois kits. Cada kit contém um instrumento harmônico, melódico, textura e ritmo. Esperamos poder ampliá-lo em breve podendo ser usado no avanço nos estudos em música, pesquisas e trazendo os valores culturais do norte do país em forma de aplicativo.

The Roots is an educational library aimed at everyone who wants to venture into the universe of instruments in the north of the country. Through interactivity, the user will be able to combine the sounds of the preloaded instruments. All of this would not be possible without a task force and research on Amazonian instruments, many of which are still unknown in the urban environment. For this reason, we decided to bring some of these to the project. Initially, we are only offering eight instruments divided into two kits. Each kit contains a harmonic, melodic instrument, texture and rhythm. We hope to be able to expand it soon and can be used to advance music studies, research and bringing the cultural values ​​of the north of the country in the form of an application.
